The availability shown in the calendar is not guaranteed to be up-to-date as the Booking Secretary may be actively processing other requests that may not yet have been added to the calendar. times, or switch to the week view (by selecting the tab in the top right of the calendar) for a more visual view of the hall's availability.
Bookings will be processed on a first come, first served basis.
Use Adobe Acrobat to complete the Booking Form
Please use Adobe Acrobat to complete the Booking Form. Using other applications such as your browser may lead to problems completing the form or saving the data. You can tell whether or not you are using Adobe Acrobat as follow: Open the Booking Form and look at the top left corner of the window. If you see or, on a MAC, Adobe Acrobat then you are using Adobe Acrobat and can be confident that the Booking Form will work correctly. If you see anything else, you are probably using your browser and not using Adobe Acrobat and may encounter problems. In this case, save the Booking Form PDF file to your PC/MAC/laptop then open the resulting PDF file with Adobe Acrobat. To do this, in your browser, click on File in the browser menu then Save as... and save the PDF file to a location on your PC/MAC/laptop. (For MAC users of Chrome, look for the Download icon in the popup toolbar just below the main toolbar.) Now locate the PDF file on your PC/MAC/laptop and, to be absolutely sure that you open the file with Adobe Acrobat, right-click on the filename and select Open with Adobe Acrobat or Open with... then select Adobe Acrobat. You should then be able to complete, save and email the Booking Form successfully.

Depending on the set up of your PC/MAC/laptop, you may find that the Form and/or Attachment do not open automatically or that you are prevented from filling in the form in your browser or that the form doesn't download correctly.
If this happens, look for the PDF file in your Downloads folder and double-click to open it in Acrobat Reader. (Control+J will open the Download folder in most browsers.)If you can't find the downloaded form/document in your Download folder, right-click on the document/form link or button, choose "Save as..." (or the equivalent in your browser) and save the form/document to a location on your PC/MAC/laptop. Then navigate to the form/document in your chosen location and double-click to open it in Acrobat Reader.If you do not have Adobe Acrobat installed, you can download and install it here
